David Clark is a Certified Business Intermediary and Managing Director of BMI Mergers & Acquisitions and has broad-based experience in a number of business areas, including retail, manufacturing, distribution and services. David spent much of his career in consumer products in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He began in sales, where he drove significant growth in two major markets. His career progressed in marketing and brand management for a number of nationally known brands.
Over the last ten years he had been President of three businesses ranging in size from $20 million to $250 million in sales. He has worked in small privately-held companies as well as public companies and has been actively involved in buying, selling and integrating businesses of all sizes. His experience includes leading the integration of two companies with combined sales of $80MM, followed by the merger and integration of a major competitor, with sales of $110MM. He also was CEO of a $250 million global division of a publicly-traded company, and was actively involved in taking a $2 billion company public. During this time he worked on the acquisition and integration of a $700 million competitor. Dave’s strength is in finding the greatest value in every opportunity and creating the most positive outcomes possible for those he works with. Dave has a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administrations with concentrations in Marketing and Finance.
