DAVE WILLIAMS: Principal - Dave Williams is one of the most experienced business brokers in Southwest Florida. Having practiced here since 1977, he has seen Southwest Florida grow from a small seasonal community into one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. In doing so he has developed unparalleled knowledge of the business community throughout Southwest Florida. During his long career Dave has either sold or supervised the sale of thousands of businesses. In many instances he is now working with a third generation of business buyers and sellers. He has served multiple terms as a State Director for the Florida Business Brokers Association and was one of the founding members of the Southwest Florida FBBA Chapter.

DAN SMITH: Principal - Mr. Smith is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of combined experience in business brokerage, regional corporate management, business ownership and sales. Aside from business brokerage, he has extensive background in the agricultural equipment industry having been involved in the start-up and co-ownership of All Coast Tractor in Labelle, Florida and having held regional sales management positions with Mahindra USA and Woods Equipment Company.

Mr. Smith has directed acquisitions between sellers and buyers ranging in value of $25,000 to over $18,000,000. He has consistently marketed and sold businesses in a variety of industries such as restaurants, retail, distribution, manufacturing, lawn & landscape, construction, marine and more. F. JOSEPH MARKS: Principal – Mr. Marks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has extensive background in hospitality and consulting industries resulting in an intuitive knowledge of the needs and concerns of both Sellers and Buyers. Mr. Marks is uniquely qualified at developing creative solutions for business acquisitions and divestitures. His experience in management consulting varies from in-depth analysis of a nationally recognized Fortune 500 company to developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for a local start-up company.

ANDREW WELSH: Principal - Andrew Welsh is originally from Cleveland, OH. He has dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Hospitality Management. He has extensive background in developing strategies for businesses and developing plans to meet constantly changing needs of a highly competitive business market. He has also successfully owned and operated 3 landmark restaurants in Southwest Florida. His 27 years of living in the Southwest Florida area have given him extensive knowledge of trends and growth of the local business market.

LARRY SETTLE: Mr. Settle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has over twenty-five years of management experience with a number of U.S. and international corporations including Borg-Warner, Textron, Sumitomo and Thyssen Krupp. He has held a variety of operations and senior management positions including President and General Manager. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, start-up, turnaround, expansion and divestiture.

PETER MAZZAGATTI: Mr. Mazzagatti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education and Accounting. He has over 30 years of experience as a business broker, and is a former high school teacher, having taught Distributive Education and Accounting. Over his career he has successfully negotiated or sold well over 1,000 operating businesses varying in price ranges from $50,000 to over $5,000,000.

HERM REMUS: Mr. Remus holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has been a Business Broker since 1975 specializing in analysis, valuation and ultimately in the marketing and acquisition of numerous businesses. Prior to 1975 I was a banking professional managing the commercial loan department for a National Bank. In addition he taught accounting at the college level on a part time basis for 17 years. I am available for the sale and marketing of your business, or for the purchase of your next business venture.

GLEN BROWN: Mr. Brown’s personal experience working with a business broker is what inspired him to become one. Glen started his career in market development for a Fortune 200 corporation, which is what brought him to Southwest Florida. An entrepreneur at heart, he decided to start his own business from scratch, and his entrepreneurial success led him to expand by purchasing additional businesses. Ultimately, he sold his businesses, and that’s when he realized the value of working with a business broker. MONIKA SIMIC: Ms. Simic is a licensed Florida Business Broker who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. As such, Monika has the intelligence and sensibility to understand what business buyers and sellers are looking for in todays’ competitive business for sale market. Ms. Simic is originally from Croatia but raised in Southwest Florida since an early age. In addition to English, she is fluent in Croatian and Serbian. Monika’s experience includes real estate, hospitality, medical and legal assistant positions. As a full time business broker, her objective is to help maximize profitability and efficiency for individuals or corporate entities that want to buy or sell a business in the SW Florida region. She offers reliability, responsiveness, candor and comprehension that both sides of the transaction shall find beneficial.

DENNIS WAGAMAN: Mr. Wagaman is an enduring capitalist with 30+ years of experience and success in various and diverse sectors of the market. In his early years, Mr. Wagaman was an Account Executive for a wholesale electrical distributor working with small and large contractors, OEM’s, state and federal government sites and major industrial manufacturers in the chemical, flooring, automotive, construction equipment, food processing and household goods sectors. Subsequently, his executive career proceeded to Vice President of Sales of a $1B financial services enterprise, exposing him to the financial operations of additional varied business sectors. Mr. Wagaman led the organization in the development of creative solution-based sales, management and service-centric client retention programs.

Having been on both sides of the transaction as buyer and seller, Mr. Wagaman thoroughly understands the process and complexities of a business sale and purchase. Mr. Wagaman founded and guided a first-market mover with a start-up servicing both domestic and international financial service clients, which after 11 years was sold and remains a successful enterprise. He then purchased, operated and sold a residential/commercial real estate service company, which remains a successful operating business to this day. Mr. Wagaman’s combined experiences as an entrepreneur, executive and real estate service provider allows him to understand “real world” scenarios that are applied daily as a Business Broker. His diverse background – combined with his practical familiarities, diligent and personal approach – has benefited many buyers and sellers of businesses in a variety of industries.
