It is a radiator franchise Jon.

I am sorry I don't have any specific information Sam. I would certainly recommend you do all the homework you would do on any franchise before buying in.

The big one for 1800 radiatior has to be territory. Only so many radiatiors are going to break at any given time. Do you get a legally binding territory in your franchise agreement? Or can anyone come in next week and open another franchise two blocks down the road?. Look at the lawsuits in the franchise agreement and see if they have been sued for this.

Also, I would suggest asking existing franchise owners if they are happy with their purchase.
