How do I sell 50% ownership in a yarn shop in LA county?

I am co-owner of a small, promising, beautiful yarn shop in a great location. However, I am also working full time in another job and am not able to keep up working 60 plus hours a week. How and where can I get help selling my share?

Peter that sounds not bad. However, my business partner doesn't have the money to do so. I need to find a different way. Thank you so much for trying to help solve my problem.

Your best bet is to have the other 50% partner buy you out at 10% per year over 5 five years.
