The business owns all assets including Website, Federally Registered Trademarks, all active Social Media including FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Google Plus. Also, Educational Blog and Vendor relationships, Prototypes, Brand Design, FF&E Design, Brand Equity in the marketplace, and active franchisees paying royalty fees. We have a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for the Athena Learning Centers, and Athena In-Home Program, and an Operations Manual, Training Manual, Online Marketing Storefront through XpressDocs, and all other major alliances with top vendors including Pearson Education, The Princeton Review, Business Advantage by Staples and more. Competition:
Any and all K-12 competitors including Huntington, Kumon, C2, Eye Level, Mathnasium and more.
Explanation of Fees and Payments:
Sale Price of $250,000 with seller financing plan. $25,000 due when signing contract; $50,000 due at month 12; $50,000 due at month 18; Total through month 18 = $125,000 We will finance the remaining balance of $125,000 at 5% interest over 24 months.
