We are on the east end of town, in a small strip center, again, easy to do special events. no other fees..just rent. there is a beer bar down the road and another #48 bar as well as a couple full restaraunts.

there is always room for growth! current owner is getting tired..new blood and ideas could be a great thing!! there is plenty of desert around us for housing developments as well.

Support & Training:
owner is a bartender and very "hands on". She will not let you fail! if you keep the staff, they can run the bar and train you, as they did the owner in 2006. Owner handles books, taxes, payroll, bills, ordering and schedule. Owner will train beyond the normal 2 weeks and teach buyer how to do all the above and book bands and set up events.
