The company is an online operation with a wide range of custom and generic signs as well as unique products, including lines of race signs, charts, goal thermometers, oversized checks, sale signs and property signs. We have detailed methods to efficiently fulfill production through trusted and reliable long-term vendors. Our products are quickly, and cost effectively be produced and are very well received in the national market in terms of quality, turnaround and price.
The business is scalable with little or no additional capital, equipment or labor. It can be operated perfectly as a stand-alone operation or could fit easily within another business with little incremental cost and great benefit.

Our history is important. We have had a long term presence on the web and have developed long term customers and web search ads that supply a constant flow of new customers. Our online search ads have demonstrated over a long period of time to be effective and as such get great visibility at a lower cost. We advertise nationally. Our competition is any business that supplies the same kind of products, but very few, if any, offer the mix of products and services and match our timeliness and price. We have been doing this for 32 years!
Growth & Expansion:
The owners have concentrated on a business model that creates little headaches and a nice income. The business is scalable with little or no additional capital, equipment or labor. It can be operated perfectly as a stand-alone operation or could fit easily within another business with little incremental cost and great benefit. We would not suggest straying far from this model. Growth in our minds would be extending our current products to similar uses. For example, our closing sign category has recently been extended to include paper products.
We do not intend to finance the buyer.

Transition The owner is willing to help with the transition. In fact, it is critical for the new owner to understand and appreciate the unique nature of how the business is operated.
