BUSINESS ACTIVITY: The Company’s targeted customer base is nursery’s, landscape contractors, landscape maintenance companies, municipalities, and the retail segments. The core business compromises retailing new outdoor power equipment in combination with activities, such as repair services and selling replacement parts.

HISTORY: This Company has a long family history. The Owners father started the Company in Southern Oregon in 1955. This was an era were the timber industry was strong. The beginning product line was Homelite Chainsaws, then added Jonsered Chain Saw, Husqvarna Chain, and finally Stihl. These brand names were the elite chainsaw manufacture at the time.

The business sold chainsaws, chain, safety equipment, parts and serviced the equipment serving timber fallers and mills. The business had developed a strong reputation in the timber industry for fair pricing and customer service.

Over the next decade the current Owner and his dad increased the products that they would sell to lawnmowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other power equipment.
