The Company is a one-stop shop for ultrasound equipment – supplying new and refurbished machines; selling ancillary products such as printers, UPS backups, consumables, and parts; and providing service on equipment. It is a fully-certified ultrasound equipment service company. The Company sells an extensive array of ultrasound machines and parts from a wide variety of OEMs, and generates revenue through two separate divisions: equipment (65% of 2018 revenue) and parts and service (35%).

The equipment operations cater to hospitals (50% of 2018 division sales), doctors’ offices (40%), and mobile imaging centers (10%). It has close to 15,000 customers (100 active) in its database. The parts and service operations cater to ultrasound resellers (70% of 2018 division sales), service companies (20%), and doctors’ clinics (10%). This business has close to 100 customers in its database, with no individual customer accounting for more than 5% of division revenue.

The Company operates from an 8,600-square foot facility. The equipment division occupies 2,800 square feet, of which 2,200 square feet is dedicated to warehouse space and 600 square feet for office space.
