This Company is a leading wholesaler of travel tours along the Eastern Seaboard and elsewhere. The Company does not own or operate any tour buses, hotels, or attractions. Rather, it contracts with its vendors - various tour companies, hotels, attractions, etc. for these services and creates the tour packages that it offers to its clients - primarily tour operators who outsource their tour planning and the operation of their tours, or parts of their tours, to the Company to operate as ‘private label’ for them. The Company has a diverse client base and enjoys very strong customer loyalty with over 95% repeat business. The Company has operational management in place and procedures that streamline the process of generating proposals, securing sales and delivering a premium product (the tour package). The Company has very consistent growth, strong sales and revenues and is poised for substantial accelerated growth with the right owner.
