Wanted to start off by saying our maid business for sale is not an ordinary, old-fashioned maid service we are very tech advanced and we use the best software to fully automatize 90% of the process with our software. This business can easily be ran from home with only 15 hours of work a week.

We have built this business off of our awesome customer service and the ease of booking online. We are a premium cleaning service which results in premium prices. In return, the customers get great customer service, have an online account that they can change billing info, address changes, add tips, reschedule all under an account that they create with us when they book online.

Things that are fully automated.
-Payments (all of our customers have a card on file and charged after the cleaning)
-Rescheduling
- customer self-booking online through our website
-ability to add notes for there cleaning so it automatically gets sent to our employee's schedules
-receipts sent to emails of customers
-schedules get sent to our employees
- 1,2 and 3 day reminders before booking appointment
- if customer's card gets declined the day before the booking our system emails the customer instructions to update card on file.
-Real time availability of what appointment time and days we have available.

these are only a few of the many features that the software that we use can do!

There are only two co-owners:

Co-Owner #1 works from a co-working shared space office in midtown Atlanta which is completely free until April of 2020. This Co-Owner handles some back-end things like marketing, customer complaints, finances, email, etc but mainly uses the office to hold interviews and manages teams, assigns teams occasionally refills supplies and delivers them to the maids and sends schedules. This Co-owner can work from home but chooses not to for personal reasons.

Co-Owner #2 trains new hires and cleans when short on staff.

We currently have 4 full-time employees, not including co-owners. They use their own cars and we reimburse them per mile.

We have a full-time Virtual assistant that handles phone calls, quotes, email campaigns, emails, asks the employees where they are and their status, etc This virtual assistant can be trained to fully be a manager and assign teams/direct teams fully.

We partnered with a $63.5 million Start-up company which provides us with 20% of our recurring customers. We are on a lifetime contract with them.

70% of our customers are recurring and some customers have been with us since 2016.

Our Business is the 1st result when searching house cleaning service in Atlanta on yelp.com and we rank on some Keywords when searching on google.

We average around 500 visitors on our website per month

The great thing about this business is that the co-owners are not the face of the company, unlike smaller family-owned businesses. The brand its-self built a reputation and clients look to book us as a brand, not a specific person. This means it would be easy to transition new ownership without working in the business in terms of cleaning.

There is no doubt that this business can reach 1 million in revenue in the next few years once the proper systems are in place.

We are looking to sell the business completely. Although, Co-Owner #2 would be open to work alongside with new owner depending on the circumstances.

Growth & Expansion:
There will be huge growth once SEO starts to take off. We only rank well on google map pack and yelp. Still working on SEO keywords. Can expand to Airbnb turnovers because we rank 1st page on google for airbnb cleaning in atlanta but we deny those requests since we are so short on staff can also expand to commercial cleaning. Only Con: Hard to find well-qualified employees
