Business Description

This is a high volume Sunoco gas station located on one of the busiest intersections south of Largo. The station benefits from being the only gas station on the 4 corner intersection. This is why even though the convenience store is small that the sales are averaging $60,000 - $65,000 per month not counting Lottery, sales tax, or fuel sales. The store earns an extra $2,000 per month profit in Lottery commission. The gas station is pumping 55,000 - 60,000 gallons per month on a commission basis. You receive 5 cents per gallon on a cash gas sale and 10 cents commission on a credit card gas sale. The gas company owns the property and is responsible for all environmental issues, tanks, pumps, canopy, canopy lights, roof, and landscaping. Earns extra income from the ATM, Air/Vac, and rebates. With these numbers you can not go wrong! Please call Mark Laurie at 407-491-6065 for more information or to schedule a showing.
