Franchises offers family care services ranging from our Childcare program, caring for children and for children with special needs, to our Mommy & Me program and Mommy-To-Be program, caring for expectant mothers and postnatal care for mother and baby. We also offer Personal Injury Care and Recovery Care, caring for those recovering from an injury or surgery, as well as pet care.

Corporate training - 5 days of comprehensive training with the option of spending an additional day in the field with a franchisee.

Complete Licensing Assistance. We pre-complete state applications, which allows our franchisees to submit the final version within 2 weeks of purchasing.

Gov't funding for our clients. 75% of a typical franchisees business is private pay, while 25% is from government or insurance funded programs. Our support team assists franchises with registering and funding from Long Term Care Insurance, Medicaid, and Veterans Administration. Beginning in 2019, our Franchisees will be eligible to receive funding through Medicare Advantage plans.

Dedicated support team. Acti-Kare has a professional support team, whose assists franchises with licensing, local marketing, up-to-date industry information, referral techniques, caregiver recruitment and training.

Inbound Call Center. Acti-Kare provides franchises with a professionally staffed call center that answers all inbound calls from potential clients/caregivers and “sets appointments” for client consultations. The average phone call is 15 minutes. This service is available 9AM-9PM M-F and 12-5PM SAT/SUN.

Outbound Call Center. The call center also makes outbound calls to web site inquiries or leads from third party lead generators to set appointments for franchise owners. Reps call these leads within 5 minutes of receiving them. The outbound hours are the same as Inbound. Call center reps also act as Chat operators on the franchisees individual website 9-9 M-F.

Corporate Outbound Marketing. We also call local referral partners such as Hospitals, Rehab facilities, ALF’s, ect. on our franchisees behalf to introduce our company as a potential referral option and schedule an appointment with the right personnel. Franchisees hate “cold calling” and this service allows them to feel comfortable calling on referral partners and because of this, they can grow as large as they want.

Caregiver recruitment. Acti-Kare Corporate recruits a franchisees initial caregiver staff. Franchise support will place advertisements and screen prospective caregivers.

12 Month Marketing. Our plan includes: Weekly Calls to review individual results, Co-Op Advertising Plans, Lead Management
Outbound Marketing, Online Marketing including Co-Op SEO with preferred Vendors and Step-By-Step Referral Techniques and tools.
