With over 30 years of industry experience, Specialty Builder’s management team has developed a loyal customer base who turn to SBI because of their high-level of expertise, quality of work, and ability to complete projects on time and under budget.
Alongside drywall & metal stud framing, SBI’s competencies also include General Contracting, tenant improvements, Engineering & Design, carpentry, doors & frames, & soft demolition.

SBI performs work on many desirable projects in the private sector and is a preferred vendor for a high profile, high visibility national healthcare chain. Examples of the Company’s end markets include health clubs, light medical buildings, mixed-use commercial developments, and private schools and universities.

The Company has engaged Plethora in an effort to sell the business. Management recognizes the Company is well positioned for strong growth and believes the right buyer could provide the support necessary to advance the business to the next level.

The sole shareholder is looking to transition out of the business in a sensible timeframe and is willing to stay on-board in a consulting role for a period of six to nine months following the sale of the business.
