1. Massachusetts based operations which generate approximately 50% of the revenue ($1,250,000+/-) provides both armed and unarmed security guards to a broad range of businesses and governmental agencies. These include banks, hospitals & clinics, automobile dealers, Registries of Motor Vehicles, private residences, events and more. In addition to these "typical services" the business also provides money and confidential material "undercover" transport services primarily for banks, hospitals and Marijuana Dispensaries (This is a new market which is growing rapidly).

2. The company's Missouri operations were acquired in an acquisition which occurred several years ago. From revenues of $300K annually they have grown over several years to($1,250,000+/-) primarily by consistently meeting the requirements of the governmental contracts which are its sole source of revenues. The business provides both armed and unarmed guard services to 29+/- locations throughout the State. The contracts for the provision of these services are awarded to qualified Security Guard Companies who submit the lowest bid for the services required by the governmental, health care and other agencies who require them. Following the last bidding period, some security companies, who under bid the company, and were granted contracts at prohibitively low rates, failed to meet the contract's specifications which resulted in the State of Missouri asking the business to step in and assume the vacated contracts at a higher price than was originally bid. The next bid cycle begins in December 2016.
