Multimedia Business with consistent 30% growth

We are selling our Real Estate Photography and Videography business to anyone who has a passion for the visual arts. We have a dedicated, highly skilled team of photographers and videographers who work with very little input from the current owners. We started taking Real Estate Photos in 2014, and in 2015, converted the business into an LLC. Since then, we have averaged between a 30-60% year over year growth pattern, with plenty of room to grow.

We are passive in almost every aspect of the business with the exception of paying contractors and maintaining the books. The contractors we have regulate most aspects of the day to day business.

We have completed an overhaul of our services pricing so that more money can be allocated towards cash flow, so we expect cash flow to approximately double this year from the previous year.

We currently work with some of the top real estate agents in the Greater Sacramento area with requests to take photos of listings as far away as San Jose, Chico, Truckee, and Stockton, though our main area of Operation encompasses an area from Elk Grove, Auburn, El Dorado Hills, and Lincoln.

We have painstakingly systemized nearly every step of the process to the point that even amateur photographers and videographers are able to take gorgeous photos and videos of our agent's listings. We also have systems in place so that the contractors are able to be reimbursed for training new photographers and videographers.

We have a custom built scheduling system that is very intuitive and handles numerous repetitive tasks, saving countless hours of tedious procedures for both our scheduler and the owners. The current scheduling system:
1. Confirms appointment of the photoshoot with the Real Estate Agent via an email with services breakdown.
2. Adds the appointment to the shared Google Calendar, so everyone can see who is scheduled for what shoot.
3. Auto assigns a photographer to the shoot, notifying them via text message.
4. Handles creation and sending of invoices (Invoices are processed via Stripe).
5. Provides a breakdown for how much each contractor gets paid in each pay period.
As well as other misc tasks that would often take up much of the owner's time.

We have enjoyed the process of building this business, but we feel like its time for us to pursue other ventures.

Currently leasing an office space, 400sq/ft at $1 a sq/ft. Other physical assets include Cameras and Camera Equipment, studio lighting, and misc photography equipment. We also usually have between $5,000 and $8,000 in receivables depending on the time of year.
There are currently a few large players in the Real Estate Photography market in the Greater Sacramento area, with our business being one of the biggest players. There are numerous one-person operations and about 3-5 multi-person operations. With that said though, there is a very large market in Sacramento and plenty of room for growth.
Growth & Expansion:
Due to Annual Real Estate Market Fluctuations, the average number of listings that go live on MLS every day is between 100-500 in the Greater Sacramento Area. We estimate that around half of those will require/request professional photos. Currently, we can handle up to 20-30 listings a day if all contractors are available. Our current weakness, by far, is in marketing. We have grown mostly by email campaigns and word of mouth, but we have also seen great potential in areas such as Real Estate Meetings and Social Media Advertising.
Support & Training:
Contractors are already fully trained on how to do their jobs. We also have video tutorials in place to teach the contractors how to do each job as well as a compensation system in place for contractors to train new photographers and videographers.
