Profitable Para Dental Business for sale with a great reputation providing a unique opportunity for an interested buyer to work as little or as much as desired and be their own boss. Established in 1999 with a long history of stable cash flow and currently located in Spokane WA.

The Company provides repairs for a range of both high and low speed dental handpieces. The company currently has between 250-300 active customers, primarily dentists and dentist offices. No client makes up more than 3.5% of revenue and the owner represents that there is little competition in the area. The company’s geographic reach extends to Texas, Utah, California, Oregon and Montana, but the majority are located in Washington and Idaho.

Handpieces can be shipped all across the United States and Internationally, opening the door for more opportunity. Highspeed handpieces are known to break down twice per year and repair services for these pieces constitute 75% of the company’s revenues. Low speed handpieces typically have a life cycle of nine months before breaking down and make up the remaining 25% or revenues. Dentists typically have 10 handpieces per chair, requiring several repairs each year.

The owner represents there are opportunities to develop relationships and work in conjunction with manufacturers if willing to invest in their equipment for testing and meet their performance criteria, which could significantly increase revenues. The owner has not previously engaged in these since he was satisfied with the level of revenue he was at. The company does not currently do any work with manufacturers besides a small portion with NSK.

Quick turnaround times from engagement to completion is a staple in repairs for highspeed handpieces and typically have an engagement to completion repair turnaround of 24 hours, while low speed handpieces have an engagement to completion repair turnaround of 48 hours. Prices vary depending on the service provided. Highspeed handpiece repairs cost the customer approximately $130 to $350, while low speed handpiece repairs cost approximately $200 to $400.
