The operations have been in existence since 1973. The business generates nearly $1 million in total revenue per year with a approximately a 10+% capitalization rate.

Business History:
The Rustic Hut was established by long time Florence business people, Fred and Dorothy Peters, in 1973. The Peters Family owned a number of successful businesses along the 93 strip in Florence over the decades with the Rustic Hut being the longest lasting and most successful. Today it is operated by one of Fred and Dorothy’s daughters who has owned and operated the business since 2003. The current owners sold the business on contract in 2007. Unfortunately, the buyer’s health prevented him from completing the sale and Dottie Lees Peters took control of operations in 2011.
Currently the Rustic Hut is one of three operating bar/grills in the Florence market and it commands a significant market share. They operate a successful restaurant out of the kitchen inside the bar with excellent food selections including wings, pizza and prime rib.
