The company was founded with the goal of providing quality products and services to the building community in the Charleston area. From the outset, we focused on providing not only quality products, but a hassle free experience for our customers. In the time since our founding we have expanded in the following ways:

1. Product lines: This allowed us to offer more products to the customers we were serving as well as reach out to additional customers.
2. Target markets: While new construction still makes up a significant portion of our business, we now service the retail (direct to homeowners) market as well.
3. Geographic: We currently cover the area from Myrtle Beach through Savannah. The current footprint is serviced from our facility in Charleston.

Since its founding, the company has grown to $2.1 million in sales during the last twelve months and projected to do $2.75 million in the next 12 months.

This is a great opportunity for someone with either a sales or operations background who wants to take an existing platform and use their skill set to see rapid growth. We have built a capable team to handle much of the day to day and currently work approximately 45-50 hours a week. We currently operate out of an approximately 1,500 square foot facility which has office space and approximately 800 sq ft of warehouse. The location is leased under a $1,200 per month triple net lease. Most of our work is performed by subcontractors who supply their own tools so the business has very little physical assets. Mostly furniture, computers, etc.
We operate in a niche market with few competitors. We currently service 60%-70% of the high end new construction market and have strong relationships with several of the largest builders in the area.
Growth & Expansion:
There are several opportunities for growth through the addition of products; further penetration within the footprint; and bringing the manufacturing process in house. Current efforts underway are expected to allow the company to realize growth of around 25% for the next several years.
