This is a turnaround business at an excellent interstate location for a dedicated on-site manager. Seller pays familiy members an estimated $35-50k per yr. over fair market wages to oversee the operation. Property well maintained with no deferred maintenance. The Chevron delivery agreement is transferable with jobber approval.
