Building SF:
All processing equipment for both macadamia nut and coffee production, all packaging equipment, dehydrators for macadamia nuts, tools, farm truck, weed whackers, blowers, bags and labels, all buildings/yurts and drying decks. (Home Based)
We have been in business for 15 years because we have a niche market in the macadamia nut business, we are certified organic and we dehydrate the nuts so they are considered "raw", and we are only ones in the USA that do both of these things, so we sell out weekly and get a premium for them. The coffee is certified organic and award winning, we have a unique way that we process the coffee that comes out in the flavor, we also sell out weekly. We have a very strong repeat customer base.
Growth & Expansion:
The fruit could be sold to markets to increase revenue. Our business includes selling product from other organic macnut and coffee farms. One could just sell the products from this farm retail from online sales. Some trees could be replanted to increase production of coffee on the farm.
Support & Training:
We will remain on the Big Island and will be available for 1 month with any training or support to help make a successful transition.
Reason for Selling:
We have another farm and another business opportunity we would like to try.
