How it Works:

Service providers are vetted through a robust automated onboarding and work as independent contractors providing home services such as: cleaning, yard work, handy work, errand running, pet services, organizing, snow removal and general assistance. Transactions occur on a cashless basis with all payments handled online, through the platform. We retain a 25% Service Fee and a 7.5% Trust and Safety Fee, for a 32.5% gross profit margin on all transactions.

Our unique hybrid model is first-to-market and bridges the gap between a blind market (Uber, Handy, etc.) and a select-your-service-provider market (TaskRabbit, Airbnb, etc.) - giving customers more control over how they access services than any other platform in the space. Our platform gives customers the choice to complete a fast-track service request and access the first service provider available - or - select a specific service provider based on ratings, reviews and customized profiles. No competitor uses this combined approach, which captures a significantly broader market.
