Business Description

Profitable Business for sale

We provide mostly mobile fleet washing services but also clean residential houses, storefronts, drive-thru lanes, industrial and commercial interior and exterior cleaning. This business has no limitations or scope and size of work to be performed.

Detailed Information

Facilities:
Currently no real estate included with sale but could be negotiated with property owner if interested. We have been renting at the same location for 10 years. We currently have two 3/4 ton trucks one with crew cab along with trailers and pressure washers and supporting tanks and tools/equipment. I also have other pressure washer machines/trailer located on site for out of town accounts. Vacuboom system available for water reclamation when applicable. (Home Based)
Competition:
There is a lot of opportunity to grow this business as the potential is limitless due to the nature of the business. There is other competitors with this same type of business but only a couple that have been in business as long as I have. One advantage over my competitors is the fact that I have some accounts that allow me to wash inside whenever there is inclement weather and do not cancel due to bad weather.
Growth & Expansion:
Anyone who wishes to be more aggressive and expand to other surrounding counties or states could probably attain additional clients. We try to stay within a 100 mile radius. Cons would be that the work performed is mostly in the evening and/or weekends especially when fleet washing is performed. However if you could hire someone to manage it, that could leave you the flexibility to continue to work during the day. This could be considered a pro or a con.
Financing:
Would consider options on SBA loan downpayment with solid credit & mutual terms.
Support & Training:
I would be interested in staying on temporarily to assist in the smooth transition and applicable training and coordination with existing clientele. Would require that my existing employees be retained to ensure proper transition and/or training as required.
Reason for Selling:
Preparing to retire
Home-Based:
This business is Home-Based
