The Company competes in both the museum exhibit and corporate trade show exhibit markets. the In that role, it has offered design, fabrication, installation of museum exhibits and visitor centers; corporate environments, including reception areas, boardrooms and product demonstration centers; trade show booths and exhibits; point of purchase displays and stand-alone kiosks; and a wide variety of portable displays. The Company’s services include creative design, quality fabrication, graphic design and production, Audio/Visual Design and Integration, program management, on-site set-up and dismantling, inventory control, warehousing and refurbishment. All of this is carried out by a staff of highly skilled artisans and managers. The Company has a long list of prominent customers from the private sector, the federal government, state and local governments, and the non-profit world.

The Company’s administration, design, production and warehouse operations are located under one roof with a combined leased space of more than 120,000 square feet. Company has an option for five more years after 9/2022, plus a right of first refusal if the building is put on the market.
Competition:
Company is in one of the nation’s hottest markets – the Greater Washington, DC – Baltimore Area. With its two Divisions, it has competed effectively in its region for more than thirty years. Although the Tradeshow Division opportunities tend to be very regional, the Company competes successfully for Museum business on a nationwide basis.
Growth & Expansion:
Company has established a firm position in its marketplace and has demonstrated outstanding capabilities in all aspects of its business, from design and fabrication to installation, and on-site support. It is at a point where revenue could grow significantly under a new owner by focusing on marketing to additional divisions of existing customers; expanding into related product and service areas; and extending the reach of its sales and marketing activities to new customers.
Support & Training:
