This Company is one of the premier full-service home medical equipment providers in North Alabama.

Wide array of products: lift chairs, hospital beds, CPAP, BIPAP, Nebulizers, home and portable oxygen equipment, daily living aids, walkers, wheelchairs, ramps and more. They carry a wide variety of ambulatory products.

Service department staffed with industry trained professionals.

They partner with hospice, hospitals, home health agencies and nursing homes to offer their patients the best possible solution for their needs.

The Company is a top provider of wheeled mobility products. They carry all of the major brands.

In addition to being available for purchase, many of the Company’s products are available for rent.

Medicare certification and accreditation is difficult to obtain and not easily available. The Company is accredited as a Medicare supplier. That accreditation belongs to the Company and is not transferrable in an asset sale. For that reason, it is anticipated any contemplated transaction would be structured as a stock sale for the benefit of both the Seller and the Buyer.

Despite Medicare being a very essential part of any DME business, the Company has done a better job than most of its competitors in diversifying its revenue so it is not totally dependent on Medicare.

The real estate is owned by the Seller and is available for acquisition but is not included in the price. Normalized rent expense has been included in the EBITDA presented.
