Since then, they sold off a substantial portion of their equipment, but after 2010, they have now returned to their pre-crash volume of nearly $800,000 in annual sales.

Their strength is in the quality of their work and the fact that they have immense visibility online. They have a very strong social media presence and a rock solid website that continues to pull in leads 12 months per year. They literally have almost no down time at all.

About their employees...they currently have 3 employees that have been with them for many years. Several years ago, the Owner approached his foreman about running his own business and helped him set up his own company. He now continues to run all of my Client's projects, and my Client works through a variety of subcontractors as well. This strategy allows him to never have to deal with being an "employer"and many of the troubles that come with that. Additionally, my Client no longer has to worry about trucks and equipment breaking down.

The best part of this system is that it allows my Client to be flexible with his own time off.
