PRICE REDUCED! The business has been established since 1986. 75% of their business is to defense related military contractors. They fabricate many specialty products such as heat exchange parts which jams enemy communications for fighter jets. They also develop efficient power control systems. They also have about 20 to 25% of their customers that are nonmilitary applications. Their military clients are first tier defense contractors which have contracts directly with the military and the company is an approved vendor for these defense contractors. Their largest customer has been with them since 2002 and should remain with them in the foreseeable future. Accounts receivable are collected within 30-45 days of billing.

They have a few different CAD software in house that they use to design their jobs including Mastercam, Easycam, and Gibbs. They use Quickbooks for their accounting system. All of their software and machinery is included in the sale. They anticipate that the value of their machinery, software, and equipment, tools, furniture, and fixtures to be approximately $300,000. They have 7 machinery stations set up. Some of their machines cost $50,000. They have 4 experienced machinists/technicians on staff with long tenure.
