The Company is a full-service provider of non-medical personalized homecare, wellness services, and home maintenance through a new and flexible point of entry model for senior living. It also offers membership to a clubhouse facility for senior activities and events. The Company’s caregivers and personal care attendants are capable of providing the highest-quality care designed to fit each client’s lifestyle and enable them to achieve their goal of aging in place. The Company offers a flexible model accepting clients within all ages and conditions as their needs to continue to evolve. During 2017, revenue was generated from homecare (85% of sales), home maintenance (10%), and senior community membership (5%).

The Company serves the ever-increasing senior market in its region. It maintains an active base of 165 clients, and approximately 85% of revenue is derived from recurring active customer billings. The Company attends regional health fairs, partners with hospitals, home health and hospice agencies, as well as trusted senior advisors to promote its services, expand brand awareness, and ultimately keep seniors home through the end of life. The Company operates from a 6,000-square foot facility comprised of office space, seniors’ clubhouse, fitness studio, bistro, and training classroom. It currently employs 33 full-time and 20 part-time personnel.
