Reflexology socks for pregnancy, postpartum and baby!

The Relievery is a holistic products company for pregnancy, postpartum and babies. Our main products include socks from Our Body Atlas line: reflexology socks for pregnancy and postpartum (patent pending!), and our reflexology socks for baby. Each sock has a reflexology map catered towards pregnancy & postpartum, or babyhood on the sock itself. Customers lay back and enjoy a foot massage from their partner, doula or family member for a DIY reflexology session. The included booklet has details on how to manipulate each point, additional tips and safety information.

All of our products were designed by my partner, a certified Holistic Health Care professional. We've cross-checked all points will Holistic Health practitioners and Reflexologists and have been painfully detailed in our disclaimers and wording to make sure we say in "cosmetic/comfort" territory and never cross into giving "medical" advice (so you never have to worry about that tripping you up if you buy our company). The members-only side of our website is filled with educational videos including complementary stretches and full-body reflexology points for increased comfort and enjoyment during pregnancy.

We also have essential oil blends and a foot map for birth as well as a few other complimentary products.

Our main sales method has been to work through doulas and midwives. We have a course built ion Thinkific that is approved by DONA to give CEU credits to Doulas and ACNM to provide CEU credits to midwives. The course includes a startup kit with products to sell clients as well as an educational packet on The Relievery's philosophy and helpful sales tactics. Because this course has already been sold, it would require no extra effort on your part to continue promoting it. We've had the most success promoting our educational products to doulas and midwives because we're then creating sales people who promote our products to their clients.

We've also created a chat bot through Chat Fuel with weekly messages for pregnant women. A person simply types in how far along they are and they'll get fun, practical tips for making pregnancy more enjoyable and comfortable (again, we checked many times to make sure we didn't accidentally give "medical" advice and have had our messages checked by other professionals to ensure we made no mistakes). We only have 103 people currently subscribed, but we haven't promoted the chat bot in a year.

When we first started the company, we did a lot of webinars and consumer tradeshows. However, after the first year my partner got pregnancy herself and we haven't done any work on the company since then. We've run no ads, our doula and midwife courses are hard to find unless someone goes through our side, and we haven't promoted our chatbot. Basically, we've stopped working on the business because of my partner's current work/life situation. We've completed all the product development, have substantial inventory, a complete website with a members-only section, a marketable chat-bot, a "direct-sales" program for birth providers and all social media sites. All you need to do is promote it! For someone who has the time to do marketing and reach out to stores, healthcare professionals and/or consumers (or has online advertising skills), this is the perfect chance to step into a company with a strong foundation and start making money.

Our primary market is pregnant women, new mothers and their partners. Most of our clients already subscribe to a natural or holistic lifestyle that may include actions like: breastfeeding, natural birth, pregnancy massage, yoga, organic eating, use of chemical free products, etc. There are other reflexology socks on the market. Some have rubber dots so you can step on your feet for "self massage", some just have a map like ours. None are specifically catered to pregnancy, postpartum or babyhood. Growth & Expansion:
We've found that parents who do not fall into the "holistic and natural" category are excited to try our products after a small educational pitch. Because of that, we do well at tradeshows, after giving webinars, and presentations on the benefits of reflexology. As soon as we set a marketing plan, we stepped away from the company. A pro for you is that the work has already be done - you just need to promote it. A con is that you'll be starting from a standstill since we've let our social media content go un-updated and haven't done any promotions.
Support & Training:
My partner, a Holistic Health Practitioner, will schedule online trainings with you to discuss the methodology behind our products. Because you'll own the thinkific training course, you'll be able to take that as well. I'll be available for online trainings related to the business, marketing and development plans.
