Founded in the mid-1990s by the current Principal, it has developed a strong reputation in its core New Jersey market. The Principal has been working in the environmental industry for over 30 years, and is considering a sale of the business to create a succession plan with an Acquirer equipped with the expertise and resources to continue expanding the Company’s operations.

Core services provided by the Company include Licensed Site Remediation Professional services, soil, groundwater and indoor vapor investigations, environmental due diligence, ecological services, Brownfield redevelopment, and other various technical and environmental consulting services. The primary customer base consists of utility companies, industrial and commercial real estate owners/developers, and insurance companies. In 2018, the Company completed over 750 projects for approximately 170 unique customers.
