All fixtures and upgrades are current to franchisor requirements except signage which has not been finalized yet. Current lease is $4,134 per month. This figure includes CAMS.. The current lease term expires March 2020 and includes an option to extend for another 5 years.
Competition:
Due to unique product offering there is not real direct competition. General competition comes from gifting and special occasion products.
Growth & Expansion:
Owner intentionally decreased operation hours at the start of 2018. The store is not currently open on Sunday and Monday thru Friday schedule is two hours less than other franchise locations. Immediate revenue increase should be realized by extending operating hours to include Sunday and longer days during the week.
