Located in the Rocky Mountain West, this addiction treatment and recovery facility provides clinically managed residential addiction and non-secure mental health disorder services for adults. The facility can accommodate up to 16 residents but is not running at full capacity currently.

The center’s client-centered services focus on a range of holistic therapeutic services, as well as recreational therapy. They can also offer a less intensive level of care, with a
variety of individual, group, and family counseling services, medication education and
management, educational groups, and occupational groups and recreational therapy.

The center is run by a licensed clinical social worker who has provided mental health and addiction services for more than 20 years in a variety of settings. The other principal therapist is licensed as an addiction and mental health professional in two states. The remaining staff includes a billing and accounts employee, 3 clinical therapists, a case manager, and support staff.

The center is in a beautiful mountain setting that feels secluded and separate from the outside community but is still close enough to utilize all of the nearby community resources. The property is not in city limits which is positive in that there are less regulations on building or renovations but still has city water as well as a large water storage for emergencies and water rights for outside irrigation. Appropriate zoning has already been completed with the county commissioners.

The facility comprises a main house plus several outbuildings on a little over 13 acres. The center is state licensed and nationally by the Joint Commission. A new owner will have to file their own application for certification with the state and may have to be reevaluated by the national Joint Commission.
