My name is Marshall Spurrier. I am the owner of Spurrier Hole Foods, LLC, a company that develops new donut shop locations in the four state area of Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas.
I have recently opened my 5th and most successful shop in the Tulsa area just a few months ago. It is receiving excellent reviews on Google, Facebook and Yelp. Sales are growing by the week, averaging over $1000 a day in January, and 1224 a day in February. We just had our 4th day that exceeded $2,000 for one-day sales, since opening on Jan 4th.

I say all of this to tell you, if sold to the right person, who is motivated to continue in the way of great customer service and great product, this shop will continue to grow and provide excellent cash flow.
If you are serious about donut shop ownership, I’m confident that you will not find a better shop within 100 miles. It is wonderfully decorated, extraordinarily clean, visually appealing to customers, and ideally designed for ease of operations, production and traffic flow.

Also, I guarantee that my sales tax contributions will match my monthly sales reports. So the revenue I am claiming, the cost of goods I claim, and even my payroll can be verified with confidence of accuracy. I use a third party accountant for my payroll, tax payments and tax reporting. I keep impeccable profit and loss reports.
For me to sell to the right person, I will also require some due diligence on your part. I need to know that you as a potential buyer, have the financial backing to purchase this shop at my asking price. I am not really interested in carrying a note, unless you have previous donut making experience, a good credit score, a good credit history, put at least 30% down, and are willing to pay 7% interest.
Again, my role as a business owner is to develop profitable shops and turn them over to qualified entrepreneurs. I am not opening shops to run them myself for the long term.
I do operate them until they are profitable. I guarantee they are profitable when you take over, and I can provide 14 days of on site consultation and training if desired. Then, six months of phone consultation following the transition, as needed.
I fully research the market area, traffic counts, buildout feasibility and many other factors before placing a new location. In addition, I am handing over a solid business plan that includes production procedures for all aspects of daily operations. This includes daily checklists from open to close. Also, daily production sheets that detail specifically how much product and which product to make. Detailed icing and donut finishing procedures. Daily register reports. Monthly register reports. How to report payroll, business compliance, etc.
Obviously there are many facets that go into operating a donut shop, beyond just making and selling donuts.
I walk you through every step. You will operate your first month profitable and every month forward, paying yourself and servicing any note you may have.
I would not be selling this business, or at least I would not be selling it at the price listed if I cannot guarantee you to be profitable from day one.

This shop is a recent new construction buildout in an existing popular plaza location, near a major church, new business retail area, and one half mile from large high school. Most all of the equipment is new. All of the furnishings are new. The plaza itself is approximately 10 years old.
Competition:
Two major 5 lane streets border the west and south entrances to this plaza. 25,000 vehicles daily for the east west route and 22,000 daily for the north south. Nearest competitive donut shops are approximately two miles away. One to the east and one the the west. Sales and increasing by the week as new customers discover our existence.
Growth & Expansion:
We use Facebook as a way to communicate with the community. Neighborhood apps have pick us up in their chatter and reviews are nearly perfect. We are maybe at 30% of growth capacity and reasonable modifications can be made to expand for deliveries and increased production.

I am very cautious about financing the note but we can discuss.
