Business Description

About BNB:
Denver Bike-n-Brew provides a 2 hour booze cruise tour of Denver's South Broadway bar scene on Bike-n-Brew's multi person pedal bike that holds up to 15 people. Our Pedal Powered bike is known as the "bar on wheels" and is the best way to bar hop. Pedal the party bike to any brewery, tavern, or pub. Drink beers and laugh with your friends!

About the Business:
Bike-n-Brew is a turnkey business ready for an entrepreneur ready to party and make some money!
Bike-n-Brew was ran solely by one of the owners. He ran all of the tours, coordinated bike parking and social media posts. Bike-n-Brew has established a name in the Party Bike industry in its one year of operation in the Denver area and 3 years of operation in East Lansing Michigan.
With the Denver weather, the Bike-n-Brew season starts during April and ends in November. We run rain or shine, and some of the best tours have been during rainstorms. The busiest days are Thursday through Sunday. In our first season in Denver we did about 70 tours, each paying between $250-$300 per ride. Our initial advertising costs came from Groupon, Google Ads, and Facebook ads but we turned all of those off within the first month because our results on google kept us booked up. We operated this season starting in May, and we are currently cutting off our season short due to our owner moving. In the 5 months of operation we generated $15,000 in revenue (keep in mind we did little, to no advertising and our owner was the only bike operator.

• By advertising it is possible to stay booked up at least 4 days a week (Thur-Sun.).
• We also did not book tours past 7:30pm, and this limited us to 3 tours/day. You could easily run later and book 4-5 tours a day.
o With 7 months of tours, and being booked 4 days a week with 3 tours/day at full price, this would translate to:
- 28 weeks * 12 tours/week * $300 = $100,800 in revenue
• Pricing- competitors charge $320 for weekdays and $360 for weekend rides. We charged $275 for weekday and $300 for weekend rides.
• You can expand and add another bike to keep up with demand, and insurance costs will not change.
• You could add a motor to the bike, which would open up parking spaces further away from the start and stop location and reduce parking costs.
• By adding a motor you could also open a wider range of bar stops, and add bars that are willing to offer kickbacks for bringing in business.

• 15 Person Pedal Pub, pedal powered (no motor) valued at $10,000 (Registered with a license plate)
• 100% operational and SEO optimized website with domain name

• Actual Revenue, 2019
$15,000 in 5 months, with only one bike operator and no advertising
• Actual Costs, 2019
Bike Operator- standard wages are $10/hr
Parking- we parked at a meter for $450/month. Most parking lots are about $200/mo
Insurance- $430/mo
If you are to expand and add another bike, this insurance rate will remain the same.
Advertising Costs- we have made google ads, and facebook ads but have not ran any of them lately, so there is a lot of opportunities here.

Growth & Expansion:

Support & Training:
We provide access to our business owners for questions and training during the first 2 months of operation.
Reason for Selling:
The owner has accepted a job offer and is moving to Phoenix.
