Facility is extensively computerized for use of the above functions and includes direct mail equipment, sorting equipment, "caging stations." In 2015, the Company updated its security systems with state of the art cameras, video equipment, alarms,, keypads, etc. There are a lot of "moving parts" to this business and the facility is laid out like a factory to facilitate the work flow. Very clean, very well organized.
Over the 50+ years, the company has built a very loyal customer base. Example: 74% of its referred clients have been company clients for between 16 - 43 years.
