Dessert Concessions Business
Concessions Trailer and Established Business Events
New Milton, WV
This concessions trailer business is priced to pay for itself in just two years. It was started in 2004 by my wife and myself after designing the trailer and the menu so that the business could be successfully operated by just the two of us. We have operated as a seasonal business, attending festivals and county fairs, working , on average, fifteen events each season. This equates to being open for serving customers about fifty-two days per year. Our average net income per year, for the past three years, after all expenses and sales tax, is $38,000.00 Since we are retiring from the business, we reduced our events this season to just eleven, being open 37 days, yet still netting $34,000.00 or $980.00 per day of being open. If the business is purchased by February of 2015, we can promise that the new owners will receive contracts from all of the events that we worked this past year. All events are in West Virginia, except for one in Kentucky.
The menu varies slightly from one event to another, but mainly features cinnamon rolls, apple dumplings, blackberry cobbler, hot fudge brownie sundaes, shredded pot roast sandwiches, and ice cream cones.
The purchase price includes the concessions trailer, all supporting equipment, recipes and serving instructions for all menu items, inventory and product ordering records, and information support for all of our past events.
