This pizza restaurant was established in 2008 and has become the go-to place for people wanting an authentic New York slice either for take-out or delivered straight to their home.
Over the years we’ve developed a loyal fan base of people who love our food and service. We’ve even had many local New Yorker’s come in and rave about our pizza and say that it’s on par or even better than the real thing.
Even though we’re an independent restaurant, most of our recipes have been handed down from chefs who own a pizzeria in the East Coast, and compared to other restaurants in the area, we have a complete and diverse menu.
Our menu consists of gourmet New York pizzas by the pie or by the slice, Philly Cheese Steaks, hot and cold grinders, fresh salads, wraps, pasta, beer, and Buffalo wings.
Our restaurant is not a franchise but has the look and feel of one with a professional and sharp interior, authenticity, fresh and quality ingredients, genuine and friendly service, and involvement in the community.
Boeing and many of its affiliate companies are nearby and frequently come in to buy food or deliver out. The high school and middle school are in walking distance and there are about 3000 students who attend school there.
We’ve done no advertising and our popularity has grown mostly through word of mouth.
We operate 6 days from Monday to Saturday and new owners can open on Sunday to increase business.
This yogurt shop is jaw dropping. You walk in and are immediately impressed with the look, cleanliness, underlines, design. Everything about this is amazing. The seller started working on this concept in June of 2012, they signed the lease designed the space and did the entire build out. She spent over $160 K documentable dollars getting this space built and together. Everything in the place is brand new. When putting it together her idea was to franchise it eventually and sell more stores. She opened the doors in June of 2013 and has been building clientele ever since. She has put her heart into this from the design to future planning the website, facebook, nothing was spared. She doesn`t want to sell it but needs to because of a move required out of state. She would love to see it
The price includes real estate and also includes a single family home right next to the restaurant building, which can be converted to other commercial use. The sale price is well below the tax assessed value. If you have a good concept for family restaurant, brew pub, sports bar or tap house in a lodge like settling, this is the perfect place for you, The facility needs some upgrades, but for the right buyer, this can be a tremendous opportunity. The business used to gross more than $2,000,000 several years ago and the right owner can double or triple the business with some upgrades in equipment and decor.
