We are locally based in Bellevue, Washington and serve business owners across Washington state. Bridgeview sources business buyers locally, nationally and internationally. Those buyers may be individuals, buyers from the same or a complementary industry, or based on size and seller requirements, private equity groups.
We work collaboratively with CPAs, attorneys, wealth managers, and insurance professionals. This collaboration extends further to our work with consultants who serve to prepare businesses for sale and to assist the transition to new owners.
Our company delivers business sellers qualified candidates, both financially and operationally, safeguards confidential information, and enables business owners to focus on their business.
We actively participate in a variety of professional organizations and advisory groups in order to better support your needs.

Recently a the Local TV station did a feature on Play Kitsap that will give you a good sense for our business:
Imagine in this day and age having a successful business open since 1946, that is 68 years of a great name and deep rooted well established community business. Do you have a passion for photography? You don’t have to be an amazing photographer because there are and can be plenty of those on staff. You have to be a people person, a pleaser, a business person. With this business lots of loyalty has been build up and that goes and will continue to go a long way. When trying to arrive at a fair market price, we used the cash flow as our barometer, but as anyone can tell you, value is priceless in the age of an establishment like this. A new person could take the ball and run with it again. The owner knows what has worked well in the recent past and would love nothing more than to have someone come in and carry on like he was able to in 1986, a mere 28 years ago. There is a lot of life left in this business, they have been very good obviously at remolding their model as times have changed and it shows. There is also 9000 square feet in the space allowing for tons of prop space and in studio location shoots and best of all the rent is $1150 a month, not a typo. Let’s take a look and explore the possibilities.

Positive cash flowing business, yep actual profit and loss and tax returns all promote a plus net profit. This specialty business was started in 2006 and has become a staple to the community. The seller has built a nice business, especially for an owner operator. This is the prefect business for a second career or retired individual. The seller worked out all the bugs, turned and fine-tuned to get it where it is today. The overhead and rent is low and the location is high traffic. The seller will train for as long as needed because they want to see the business continue on and be successful. Call for an NDA and lets talk in further detail. This is a must see.
