This location also houses the complete docking setup and commissary for the food truck. Shop was opened in May, 2012. The Westgate area is a shopping mecca, and includes Safeway, Alberston’s, Big Lots!, and franchise food establishments, such as Taco Bell, KFC, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Starbucks, Round Table Pizza and Forza Coffee. Wilson High School and Kandle Park (public water park) are close by.

The food truck is a 2001 diesel Grumman Workhorse that has been modified to hold 3 Taylor C723 yogurt machines, cold topping bar, dry topping dispensers, Revel POS system, 3-compartment sink, hot water heater, and refrigeration to hold stock. Completely self-contained unit permitted by the Pierce County Health Department, Seattle-King County Health Department and the State of Washington. Powered by a new efficient 30k Perkins diesel generator. Only 10 minutes to set up. Designed to be operated by staff either inside or outside the unit.
The food truck is stored at the Westgate shop, which is used as its approved commissary.
