Event and Party Rental Equipment Company
Pre-qualified & prepaying customers-churches schools cities businesses
Dallas County, TX
Ours is a 23 year old party rental equipment company for sale in the DFW area. Extremely reliable, predictable business with substantial customer base. Churches, Schools, Cities, Business Organizations & Individuals will always have events. This is a business that is almost "RECESSION PROOF". Everyone and every organization will always take care of the kids .
We have found that even in a financial downturn, money will be spent on kids' parties and events. Corporations and businesses will always use events and parties to attract customers and reward both employees and customers.
Our loyal customer base is financially substantial and pays well and on time. On average, the school and church carnivals and company events are 98% PAID IN FULL prior to the start of the event. Collection problems are almost non-existent in this simple, easy-to-run business. This is essentially a cash business with no accounts to maintain and collect.
This is a profitable business that allows a typical $10,000 investment in one piece of equipment to be recovered in one season or as short at six months. Two of our larger slides costing $16,000 each generated $26,000 in revenue in their first year. Both giant slides were paid off in the first season of use and continue to be productive revenue producers.
Inflatables can last as long as 15 to 18 years and still be productive. This is a simple business to run and maintain. Inflatables are easily repaired if a hole develops and the blowers are long running, inexpensive and repairable.
With existing equipment, you can accommodate the personal birthday party all the way up to large city-wide festivals. Even private parties can generate as much as $2500, which are equivalent to some church or school events. Large commercial events for churches and corporations have reached as high as $15,000 and some festivals have exceeded $40,000 in a weekend.
As a new owner, you can stress growth in the local market with similar products or expand laterally with electronic and mechanical games. If travel is in your blood, we get calls to take equipment to other venues for major events across the country but have opted to not take advantage of the opportunities. You can!
In addition to the 23+ years of customer good will, you will get the vast experience that the owners have amassed over the years.
Our websites were developed by an ex- google employee who hosts and manages them. Yet, you will be the administrator and have daily control of data entry and changes to pictures and text. Also included is our "Quick Rent" custom rental software to facilitate running daily operations.
The Quick Rent software will allow the new owners to follow the pathway from entering leases and completing the daily routine of taking rental leases, setting delivery schedules and and keeping up with recovery of valuable equipment.
Quick Rent will prohibit double booking, compute delivery fees & taxes and calculate discounts for package deals for major events. It will even allow for management override for double booking on the same day of adequate time allows.
Party rental is not rocket science. It is all about customer service. Anyone with attention to details and a desire to grow this business will succeed.
To maintain a great reputation: Deliver to the event on time, staff the event, clean up and leave!

Interactive BYOB Art Studio, Profitable, Don't Pay for a Franchise!
Established & Affordable Art Business, Profitable & Growing
Estimated initial investment costs needed to start a paint and sip studio franchise in 2016, according to Entrepreneur Magazine (www.entrepreneur.com/franchises/category/svcparty).
Painting with a Twist - $89,300-$143,000, plus 6%-8% ongoing royalties
Pinot's Palette - $76,700-$196,600, plus 6%-8% ongoing royalties
Bottle & Bottega - $96,800-$158,200, plus 6%-8% ongoing royalties
Painting With Influence (that's us) - $30,000, and that's it!!!
We're not claiming to be as big as the other guys, but that's because we are currently an owner operated, part time, independent business that is tailored to the desires of the current owner. And we're still profitable. Why spend $80,000-$200,000 to start something that you still have to keep paying royalties on forever when you can own this move-in ready studio for a fraction of the the cost and still have more flexibility to operate the way you want than any franchise that will tell you how you have to run your business?!
This is a 3 year old, fully operational, BYOB "paint and sip" style art business in an easily accessible, quickly growing, and trendy historic location in Carrollton, TX. We currently offer painting and ceramic classes and parties for all ages. Guests may bring food and drinks with them to class, where they are led step by step in the creation of the featured piece of art which they get to take home with them at the end! This appeals to a wide variety of individuals, but is especially popular for work outings, showers and birthday parties with both adults and kids. We have been in business with the same name in the same location for over 3 years. We have an active Facebook community, an email subscriber list of over 3000, and a full-service website with email and online booking platform integration.
Best of all, we are NOT a franchise - we are independent. That means you have total freedom and flexibility to run and build your business how you choose. You may offer new classes, sell new items, or redecorate the studio as you like. And most importantly there are no monthly franchise fees. The average out of pocket costs for the typical "paint and sip" franchises range from $80K-$200K with weekly franchise royalty fees on top (see top of page for reference), but we are asking just $30K, and we've already done the start-up work for you. Now you can take it as far as you like. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, supplies and inventory is included in the asking price. Seller financing available for qualified buyers. We will consider all offers.
The business comes fully furnished with all equipment and supplies necessary to run the business (tables, stools, easels, aprons, brushes, paint, original artworks, canvasses, clay, clay tools, glazes, kiln, office supplies, kitchen supplies, refrigerator, microwave, speakers, printer, website, phone, email, back-end booking/payment systems, and so on). All you need to bring is yourself!
Recent Financial Summary:
2015 revenue was was just over $36,000.
The Past 12 months revenue was just under $39,000.
Total profit not including the cost of hiring artists was just over $14,000. If you were to hire artists for all classes at an average of $55/class, then profit would still be about $6,000-$8,000, showing that this is a profitable business even if not completely owner operated and at a part time level. Imagine the possibilities if you were to operate full time or wanted to teach your own classes! With minimal effort, word of mouth and repeat customers are growing the business. We are still operating part time by choice and having to decline certain events, so with full time hours there is even greater growth potential.
