In addition, franchise results will now be included in search results for business buyers who are searching established businesses for sale, significantly increasing exposure for franchise opportunities to aspiring business owners.

The new franchise directory will allow the world’s largest community of business buyers – 277,000 unique visitors a month – to actively search for a franchise opportunity to match their specific needs and interests. The directory is free, and users can search hundreds of franchise opportunities by state, investment capital required, and industry to find the right franchise for their unique situation.

The new directory allows users to view an overall snapshot of all the information surrounding franchises of interest, including business category, subcategory, state and amount of capital to invest.

For example, if a user wanted to easily find a listing of automotive franchises available in California, he or she could now narrow results even more by specifying only auto repair shops requiring investment of $100,000 or below. The franchise directory then takes the user to a page that clearly lists the franchises available, including a basic description and how much capital is required for each.
