Entrepreneurs invest many years building successful businesses. Selling your business, or buying an existing one, is a life-changing event. It is the mission of Truforte to help goal-oriented individuals realize their dreams. Our professionals have successfully handled hundreds of business sales throughout the USA for buyers and sellers. This provides valuable experience that better qualifies Truforte to help with the purchase or sale of your business entity. Business brokers are intermediaries who facilitate the sale of privately held businesses by working with both buyers and sellers. Confidentiality is critical to the successful transfer of a business. If it becomes known that a business is for sale, several things start happening and none of them are beneficial for either the seller or buyer of the business. Professional intermediaries are keenly aware of this and are experts at maintaining confidentiality. Truforte's professionals have decades of experience, handling the sale of hundreds of businesses in a wide range of size and industries.
Lahood Park is one of the few remaining Roadhouses in southwestern Montana. It is located on the Scenic Jefferson River near Cardwell. The people who pass through are as varied as the menu. Fishermen in the spring, hunters in the fall, skiers in the winter and bikers in the summer complement the loyal local clientele that has made Lahood a destination stop for decades. Every year, there are two large music festivals just down the road, Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park is nearby, Lahood is located on one of the main Routes to Yellowstone National Park. All these sportsmen and travelers add to the local base. Everyone enjoys a road trip to Lahood. Over the past 22 years, since it has been owned and operated by the present proprietors, it has hosted many wonderful concerts and music festivals that brought hundreds to the venue. People who pitched tents or parked their RVs in the camping area for the weekend were treated to music, fine dining and a full service bar without leaving. A true destination adventure. Full service rustic bar that has seen history pass through the door. Veterans from every war since WW2, movie stars, celebrities, athletes, farmers, ranchers, miners, cowboys, cowgirls have stopped in for a drink and a meal in the restaurant. The steaks are known for being cooked to perfection and the drinks are known to be liberal and even legendary. Whether eating inside or on the deck, the service is courteous, the view is excellent and the regulars are friendly. People who stop in while traveling usually make a point to hit Lahood on the trip home. Many 'regulars' live in other states but always make Lahood a destination. Some for decades. Lahood Park has a proven record of profits and is a restaurant known for quality. Owner is selling due to a death in the family. The locals pay the bills and passers through add to the income. Books are available to serious inquiries. (See attached Non-Disclosure Agreement below) The potential of Lahood is vast. The river front property hosts a spectacular view as well as a revenue stream from fly fishing and other water sports. Every day in the summer, dozens of fishing boats and floaters pass by the establishment. It is but a short walk to the Bar, Lahood has seen patrons arrive by horseback, motorcycle, bicycle, boat and inner tube. A few hearty hunters have even been known to hike by after a day of hunting. Another revenue is the Gaming Machines. Montana allows 20 machines per business and the bar now has only 3, which are profitable.
