Over the years we have been both a manufacturer and distributor of professional quality, dimensional letters, numbers and logos. These products are sold direct to end users for self installation, both indoor and outdoor. We started out in the business in 2000 at age 50, cutting wooden letters on a scroll saw and selling them on our website. In 2004 we sold the manufacturing side and became a distributor for one of the largest manufacturer's in the industry. By 2006 we were a serious player in the market and in an effort to grow we started manufacturing again, offering both Metals and Plastics, plus still working the distributorship side and pushing sales into the 850K range for the years 2012-2014. By 2015, hit with staff issues, a slow economy, our remote location, and losing my husband in October, we decided to downsize out of direct manufacturing. This resulted in a sales drop for the first time since inception. Even so, we still grossed $630K for the year and had a good personal income. January 2016 took in 40K in sales, all of it sent through our distributorship. Projected forward we can expect at least $500K in sales by year end and considering our asking price of $350K this is a very good return on investment. Over the years we have accumulated a huge customer list and a solid reputation with many repeat customers. A smart buyer will utilize this with targeted emails and offerings. Our current website lists only about half of the products available from the manufacturers printed catalog, so there is room for improvement there.
