About Me

My name is Wynn La Torre and I have been in the food and beverage industry my entire adult life. I grew up in a restaurant family. I'm also a licensed Building Contractor. I have designed and built several custom restaurants in the past twenty five years and have owned and operated four of them. I have a new Concept Design for an up-scale, fast-casual neighborhood Café-Pub and we seek assistance with funding. Our immediate goal is to form an alliance with an investors group. Our long term goal, ultimately, is to franchise this concept so it is crucial that our first store be carefully planed and executed. We are certain we have the proper planning; however, to execute successfully it is important for us to obtain proper funding. We are in search of Partnership / Investment / Funding for a new start-up food service opportunity near Sonora, California. This is a Fast-Casual Café / Pub with a proven menu and a very unique Concept. This Concept is especially designed with future franchising in mind. We seek funding for purchase of property and project improvements. Our business plan and location ( vacant restaurant ) is in place. The management team is qualified to; implement project improvements, secure necessary business equipment and operate this restaurant when the remodeling is complete. Our team has over forty years of combined restaurant experience. We will be pleased to negotiate an attractive percent of ownership in exchange for funding. The first store shows excellent annual projections ( over 600k 1st year sales ). Future stores in larger markets will do considerably better with 12 to 15% net return on sales. The Concepts main attraction at "The Brick Oven Pub" is the two Imported Italian Wood Fired Brick Ovens that are Show-Cased, up front, Exhibition Style for all to see. These Ovens are used Exclusively to service the entire menu. The high heat of the ovens allow for a rapid turnaround from the time you order to the time you are served. In most instances this is less than 5 to 7 minutes. San Francisco style Pizzas and a variety of quality entree items are offered on the menu along with Regional Micro Beers, Imported and Domestic Draft Beers and a carefully selected list of Quality Wines.
