Scott Govers, Project Leader: Scott's experience with real estate began in 1992 when he led a World Savings three state division completing real estate appraisals. Aside from Scott's experience as an appraiser, realtor, and property manager he also co-founded a communications cable contracting company, Aesthetic Installations aka CSI, Inc., building it through internal funding, to an organization of over 140 employees thereafter selling it to his business partner after ten years in the business. His financial acumen and top down, bottom up approach to building a business in a fast paced environment was instrumental to success as Scott focused on business development, finance and field operations activities. Scott received his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from San Francisco State University. Our group has all the necessary experience and knowledge needed in the various facets of the project from start to finish. The relationships are already established so as to minimize "surprises". The acquisition team have completed hundreds of foreclosure auction purchase transactions within the last five years, and are the dominant buying group purchasing 20+ % of their market share. Our disposition team has completed 110 transactions within the last two years, has an A rating from their institutional clients, and are within the top 5% of production within the San Francisco East Bay Area. Our team has completed over 600 real estate appraisals, and 500+ broker price opinions over the last several years providing a strong foundation for assessing real estate values.
