With You At Every Step ! I lived in the United Kingdom for over forty years. I studied at Kingston University, and earned my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business studies. After graduation, I held a major post with the British Government and I was in-charge of the Oil and Income Tax Models. After a few years I decided to be self employed, and I have been in business for over forty years. I have done business with foreign Governments as well as foreign corporations. I have been in real estate in the United Kingdom for over two decades. I concluded a sophisticated real estate development project in the United Kingdom where my project is now used by Developers as precedence to get planning permission to change the “green belt” around London. I have travelled to over forty five countries. My client’s trust and respect is very important to me and I prefer to earn that! My main focus is to look out for the best interest of my clients. I am passionate about what I do, and I practice my business with Integrity, Knowledge, and Respect. I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida since 2005. I am married with two children, and I have been living in Sarasota since 2004. Buying or selling a Business and a Commercial property could be an emotional experience and in order to achieve the desired results, most people need professional guidance from a capable and a professional Business Broker. Therefore, it’s very important for a buyer or a seller to partner up with a Business Broker who is not only caring and knowledgeable, but also passionate about the business, and also has the right set of “qualities” plus international connections. In view of the change in the economic climate, and with the advancement of technology, for a client to achieve the desired results, today’s Business Broker should have a new set of “qualities and tools”. Professional Brokers need to understand that the market is time sensitive. Therefore the Broker should be pro-active, should have good listening skills, should adopt to client needs, and also tenacious to obtain the best results for the clients to bring contracts to fruition in the shortest possible time. Also, agents need to adopt, be technology savvy, and should be able to market the properties not only within the United States, but also overseas to get the desired results in the shortest period of time. Therefore, the new breed of Business and Commercial Brokers should be “self-motivated entrepreneurs” with positive negotiation skills. I believe in educating my clients and guiding them every step of the way so that they can make the most informed decision whether they are buying or selling a Business or a Commercial property. One of my main goals is to educate and promote “Individual Empowerment” through education, because I firmly believe “knowledge is power”. If you’re considering selling your Business or the Commercial property, I have a proven plan not only to achieve the maximum price, but also to sell the property within a short period of time. As a professional listing agent, the marketing plan is professional, proven and includes an aggressive internet marketing campaign to maximize exposure of the property both within the US and also International. I have old fashioned values and I place a lot of emphasis on Ethics, Standards, and Morals. I do not believe in telling people what they want to hear, but in giving people the facts. From my experience, I find that the more educated a client is about the market, and also by regular feedback, the client should be in a better position to make an informed decision. Understanding the market, competition, achieving the desired goal, and the time constraints could be intimidating to most people, but it doesn’t need to be. I believe in providing strategies that are easy to understand and more importantly, easy to execute, so that my clients could begin to secure the best deal whether they are selling or buying. One of the things I enjoy most about my work is being able to execute a plan of action for the clients that ensures they can enjoy according to their needs and within a decent time frame. I am a facilitator and my job allows me to help people achieve their dreams whether one is selling or buying or leasing. I am very passionate about what I do, and I am privileged to be in a position to help people achieve their dreams. I am very proud to be a professional licensed real estate Broker in Florida. My passion when I am off work, is to have quality time with my family.
