ABOUT TODD & ASSOCIATES, LLC Todd & Associates, LLC was established in June of 2003 by Rick and Kathy Todd. Rick and Kathy are both licensed Missouri Real Estate Brokers. Rick is also a licensed Kansas Real Estate Broker. Rick has been a Missouri real estate licensee since 1980 and has extensive experience in a number of areas within the real estate brokerage arena. A graduate of Missouri Valley College with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration, Rick has utilized this education in various capacities, amassing experience that has proven invaluable to his real estate brokerage clients..both Buyers and Sellers! Largely self employed since 1986, Rick has owned and operated his own public accounting and tax practice (while offering real estate brokerage services) and continues to apply his knowledge of real estate related tax rules to the acquisition and divestiture of his own real estate investments as well as counseling with his client's tax advisors when they acquire or sell real estate. A thorough understanding of, and, ability to communicate with a client's tax advisor or attorney is essential in minimizing the tax implications when buying or selling real estate, whether it relates to personal, business or estates. PARTNERSHIPS The development of partner relationships with our clients is an integral element to achieving mutually beneficial goals through frequent communication, active participation, and the development of a tailor made marketing plan that fits the specific needs of every one of our clients on an individualized basis.
