About Me

Ravi S Modasra was born and raised in Capital Region Area of Upstate New York. He was actively involved in his father’s businesses from an early age; from the Hospitality & Service Industry to Commercial Investment Property Management. He went on to pursue higher education at Siena College in Loudonville, NY for Accounting. After graduating Siena, he worked in the Accounting Department for Golub & Price Chopper at their headquarters in Schenectady, NY. In 2010, Ravi purchased his first business, a 20 Unit Hotel just outside of Albany, at age 24. Over the course of three years, Ravi was able to reposition the Hotel and raise the ADR of the hotel by close to 35% and more than double the occupancy. Pulling on his related business and investment property experience, he pursued a Real Estate License and subsequently joined with RealtyUSA in their Commercial Division. Ravi continues to strive towards excellence in the field and has several colleagues and mentors that he works closely with including Anthony Sabatino with over 25 years with RealtyUSA and Jessica Richer with over 12 years with RealtyUSA. Ravi is constantly learning and evolving in the field and continues to surround himself with other professionals who hold the same level of high standards indicative of the field. A third generation businessman, Ravi is not concerned with the single transaction; rather, he prides himself on building lasting relationships with his clients. Ravi realizes that he is partnering with his clients to help them succeed. Building on his business background, Ravi is very in sync with the inherent goal of a business to turn a profit and understands the importance of real estate as one of the top drivers in that goal of success or failure. Currently Ravi is part of several professional groups and organizations including Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc., New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS, Inc. and Greater Capital Association of REALTORS.
