Saucedo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California Riverside Anderson Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance and Accounting Mr. Saucedo also holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the California State University at Long Beach along with a concentration in English Writing from the New Mexico Military Institute. Mr. Saucedo, a licensed California General Contractor and formerly licensed Series 7 and 63 Securities Broker, has owned and/or operated businesses ranging from a direct marketing home improvement company to a temporary staffing company to various health care concerns with emphasis on care for Seniors. In addition to developing several of these companies from the ground up, Mr. Saucedo has grown top line revenue of each company between 20-50% per year over a five-year period. He has always created growth with an eye on future valuation and sale price. It is Mr. Saucedo{s belief that a business owner should always run their business as if they were preparing it for sale even if they have no intention of selling, i.e. maximizing its current and future value. From starting businesses with a value of $0 to operating businesses with combined annual revenue of over $15 million, Mr. Saucedo has successfully grown, marketed and sold three businesses which he owned or operated generating a combined sale price of over $3 million in less then five years. Pablo Fonseca holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University Of California Riverside Anderson Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing. Mr. Fonseca also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California Riverside with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Philosophy. Recruited directly from graduate school, Mr. Fonseca joined a Fortune 100 company in a sales and market development capacity to a newly created Specialty Division. After five years of successful double-digit sales growth, Mr. Fonseca moved on to acquire, develop, and sell a series of restaurants and nightclub. Mr. Fonseca has nine years of business development, marketing, sales, and management experience in corporate, government, and start-up environments. His business acumen is diverse and well rounded giving him insight and experience creating value and efficiencies in under managed concerns.
