About Marty Bombenger... While born and raised in the Chicagoland area … Marty developed his “passion” for the hospitality industry, in what he believes, the “Restaurant Capital of America”…He brings to USA Lending & Realty, over 35 years of extensive Restaurant, Bar & Nightclub ownership experience… In addition to his Corporate and Multi-Unit Management experience, Marty has owned, operated and managed numerous Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs, with multiple concepts, along with creating a Restaurant Brokerage Company that also provided Hospitality Management & Consulting Services… While studying Radio & TV at Southern Illinois University, he was recruited as a member of a “Las Vegas Style” Rock & Roll Show Group, from El Paso, Texas…While touring the United States… it enabled Marty to perform in some of Americas finest Restaurants & Nightclubs, all the while, learning the “behind the scenes” of each landmark operation … Before his permanent move to Miami Beach in 2009…Marty broke into the Real Estate industry while living in San Francisco, which he also considers another “Restaurant Capital” …While working in upper-management for Southern Wine & Spirits…he founded and successfully operated a company known as “The Restaurant Brokers”, specializing in the Real Estate Brokerage of Restaurants, Bars & Nightclubs, until the sale of his interest in the firm to his business partner in 1988… In 1992 Marty moved to the Orlando area where he started Southern Restaurant Consulting, which he still directs and advises…along with “The Restaurant Brokers of Lake County” Real Estate Company, located in Mt Dora, Florida until 2000… While in Orlando, Marty created the T-Bone’s Sportsgrille & Tavern Restaurant Company, developing multiple locations specializing in Steaks & BBQ….Marty combines his extensive Restaurant knowledge, his experience in Real Estate Restaurant Brokerage and Interpersonal Skills… His industry contacts have become widespread…He brings Restaurant Business Operators together with Property Owners and Developers to form relationships that are mutually beneficial and profitable… With this knowledge, Marty can determine the Best Market Plan and Location for your Business, or the Best Tenant or Buyer for your Property… “The Best Restaurant Real Estate Broker is one who’s been in the Business” Marty advises…”someone who has made his or her own mistakes, has made money in the business and who has lost money, too… I’ve been there… I treat my clients investment as if it where mine…I know every line item on the restaurant profit & loss statement and understand that sometimes my clients are dealing with pennies, not dollars, in the restaurant business… It’s important to my clients that when they work with me, they know they’re dealing with someone who’s actually… “Been There & Done That…”
